Numerous antiquities are scattered all around Karystia. Fortresses, Churches, Palaces, the ancient temples “Drakospita”, the Roman Aqueduct, quarries, dismantled classical and Roman era parts embedded in newer constructions. However, all this wealth seems to be neglected and abandoned to its fate.

EuKarystia Cooperative submitted to the Ephorate of Antiquities of Evia its interest to contribute in any way possible in the direction of preserving, promoting and presenting adequately this wealth to the public.

EuKarystia is seeking collaborations for the development of this project.
